Eleonore “Yasha” Kopera

As Co-Director Fundraising, Governance & Organisational Development, Yasha supports the World Ethic Forum in strengthening the ethical and financial foundations that allow its vision to take form in practice.
Yasha’s work is rooted in care for people, place, and the living systems that connect them. She works at the intersection of ethics, human rights, and regenerative practice. Her journey has moved through corporate social responsibility at the ICRC and UN Global Compact, communication and human rights work at the United Nations, humanitarian leadership in Afghanistan and Syria, and over a decade co-creating an ecological wine enterprise with biodynamic farmers. She brings a deep commitment to relational ways of working, intercultural dialogue, and building the financial and organisational foundations that allow values-driven initiatives to flourish. Yasha holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Columbia University in New York and is the Co-Founder of Critical Mass Selections.
