We delve into the richness of offerings, learn from diverse corners of the world, reflect together and by harvesting insights learn from one another. Some of the invitations include:
Nature’s Voice with Ewelina Schraven and Madlaina Fontana
Discover the language of nature in Nature’s Voice, an immersive and creative workshop where human and non-human worlds come together. In this unique experience, you’ll explore multi-species perspectives through imagination, creativity, and whole-body thinking. By tuning into the surrounding soundscape and engaging in both verbal and non-verbal dialogues, you will rediscover your connection to the aliveness around you. Through playful, artistic co-creation, we will express our insights using clay—directly sourced from the earth of the Morteratsch valley. Let go of the control of the mind and let your hands be guided by the flow of the moment. As you shape the clay, you’ll shape your connection to the earth, your surroundings, and yourself. This workshop is an invitation to embrace nature’s voice, to listen deeply, see clearly, and feel fully. The process will unfold naturally, and while the results will vary, one thing is certain: your hands will get dirty, your boots will get muddy, and your heart will smile. Come and experience the joy of co-creation with nature, and let your creative voice be part of the greater conversation.
Systemic Constellations with Luea Ritter
Embodied group practice. With this practice we will inquire into the the theme of the World Ethic Forum this year, and explore what is there for us to more deeply invite, open up to and work with. Systemic constellations can be used as a navigational tool for refining our trajectory as groups, organizations, and communities. Especially when finding ourselves in complex situations, systemic constellations can support us in picking up different, complementary, or hidden signals. It helps us to orient and maintain a steady course by including a wider range and different levels of information.
Returning to our Sacred Headwaters / Die Rückkehr zu unseren heiligen Quellen with/mit Madlaina Fontana, Rutendo Ngara, Maria Lucia Cruz Correia, and Erin Dixon
We welcome you to return to the circle through our sacred life waters, to re(k)new our relationships together with the land, in shared story, ceremony, song and ritual – turning towards each other and leaning in from different directions across Mother Earth. Living into the heart of change and the spirit of our prophecy stories we understand our natural responsibility to our sacred waters. Water is life and holds the ‘memory’ of our places, weaving the web of connection, reciprocity and care. We invite you to walk, sense and listen together to the waters under, within and above us, all relations.
Drops of an Ocean: Stories become Songs with Jehisson Santacruz and Sonja Schenkel
Listening to the water means listening to the element that holds a deep connection to our own body as an individual person and as a community. In this workshop on community and personal music, we will transform personal stories into songs. We will explore the importance of ritualising our human-nonhuman relationships by exploring vocabulary that can be found in our own life through singing: flow, waves, streams, dams. Through this practice we connect to the concept of Senti-Pensar (Feeling-Thinking) based on Indigenous Knowledge from Abya Yala (Latin America). We will also introduce the project “The Library for a Happy Future” and its take-on creating an integrated connection to waters.
