Dear Nature!

Writing is more than a cultural technique; language and writing also have a long tradition in the healing arts. The fact that words can do miracles, even heal some wounds, was already a credo in ancient Greece. Author/writing coach Andrea Keller is convinced that – if we just hit the magic word – we can not only touch and move ourselves, but also make the world sing.

There is a lot of potential especially in a written examination of one’s own relationship and belonging to nature. When writing outside in nature, it is also possible to enter into dialogue with the life that directly surrounds us. With the necessary pinch of openness and mindfulness, nature thus becomes a powerful inspiration, perhaps even the co-author of the texts we put on paper.

This 90-minute workshop begins with a „Mindful Start“, which allows us to arrive and perceive in a relaxed way. Afterwards, Andrea invites us with selected creative and reflective writing impulses to explore and celebrate our personal connection and belonging to nature. There is also space for wonder, for humour, for a selective exchange about what is happening here – on the leaves in front of us, inside us, around us. And those who prefer to remain silent may, of course, remain silent.

Language: EN for international groups, otherwise DE. But of course everyone can write in the language they want.
No special knowledge is necessary (grammar is absolutely irrelevant, „text quality“ is not the focus – it’s about the writing itself, the experience).
Please bring along a pen and paper.
